A Blog for Professionals Seeking Growth and Change
My goal is for this blog to serve as a resource for professionals interested in personal and professional development. Categories include Executive & Leadership Coaching, Career Coaching, and Resources for Professionals.
Posts will be monthly or bi-monthly, and will focus on themes such as:
discovering your professional fulfillment, passion, and purpose
recognizing stressful professional themes, like self-doubt, conflict, or interpersonal challenges
understanding and supporting the different learning and processing styles on your team
discovering and developing your management and leadership capabilities and strengths
recognizing when you're in a toxic environment, or one that's unsupportive (and understanding the difference)

About My Practice, Purpose, and Approach
My goal is to help you find your professional fulfillment, passion, and purpose. Many of my clients seek coaching to work through self-doubt, interpersonal, or cultural challenges that have pulled them away from fulfillment in their role. Our work together emphasizes self-discovery, mindfulness, values-based decisions, and co-creating strategic solutions.
My approach to coaching is to provide an accepting, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where we can explore the ways we all hold ourselves back so we can together determine and test alternative approaches.
About Me
I'm an Executive & Leadership Coach in private practice. Prior to making the shift to full-time coaching, I had been providing pro bono mentoring and coaching for executives, leaders, and high-potential rising professionals for over 10 years. I'm a former CEO and COO in academic biomedical research and a graduate of MIT Sloan School of Management's Executive MBA program. To deepen my coaching practice, I am currently participating in Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching program. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Institute of Coaching, and Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS). To keep my practice relevant and enhance my skills, I also participate in peer consultation and study groups.
